AS THE WORD IMPLIES IT'S THE ERA OF YOUNG PEOPLE i.e. YOUNG GENERATION. I THINK THAT WE ALL YOUNG PEOPLE CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE......THIS LEAD INDIA VIDEO WAS THE FANTASTIC ONE I SUPPOSE......
More than 55% of India's population is under 25. The percentage goes up to 63% for age under 30. BUT........
India has over 180 million cell phone users but 200 million people without drinking water. We are a young nation with over 55% of the population under the age of 30, yet 49% of our children under the age of 5 are underweight. We produce the largest number of engineering graduates every year through over 2500 colleges; but over 3000 schools do not have teachers. And the list goes on…..........
When many of the urban youth of today hear and read about issues like water scarcity and conservation, to them it’s about not getting 24/7 water supply in the house. They probably do not even think of the acute water crisis prevailing in other parts of the country.
